Things don’t always turn out the way you planned, or how you think they should. But things happen out of our control for reasons we may not know of yet.

  1. You’re not always going to get the closure or the explanation you think you need. Sometimes it’s better to just accept it and 𝒍𝒆𝒕 𝒊𝒕 𝒈𝒐.

  2. Healing is the process of remembering you are still okay and 𝒂𝒍𝒘𝒂𝒚𝒔 𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒆. Healing takes time, healing is not linear, and healing has no has no time stamp.

  3. 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒗𝒆𝒍 as much as possible. It is always worth it! It teaches you so much about other cultures and people, as well as about yourself.

  4. It’s okay to have seasons of being alone. Your journey doesn’t always have to be about love or about finding that special person. You need to understand that you are capable of taking care of yourself, that you can depend on the person you’ve become, and that you can be your own home no matter what comes your way.

  5. Everyone is on their own path, with an entire world inside of them we will never fully come to know. And as we all weave in and out of each other’s paths, some people will 𝒉𝒖𝒓𝒕 us, some will 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒍 us, some will 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒆 us, and some will 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆 us.

  6. As these people weave in and out of our lives; 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒓𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒑𝒆𝒐𝒑𝒍𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒂𝒍𝒘𝒂𝒚𝒔 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒚. Don’t waste your time on the wrong people. The right ones will always be there for you, support you, and love you no matter what.

  7. It’s okay to remain stagnant at times. Society wants us to believe that if you’re not always being productive, that you’re wasting time. However, it is essential at times to rest and to 𝒃𝒆 𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒍𝒍.

  8. 𝑺𝒆𝒍𝒇-𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒊𝒔 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏 𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒃𝒖𝒃𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝒃𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒇𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝒎𝒂𝒔𝒌𝒔. It’s not only about doing things that will make you feel good about yourself in the end, but doing things that will have yourself feeling proud.

  9. You are worth 𝒔𝒐 𝒎𝒖𝒄𝒉 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 than what you’ve gone through. That ugly part of your story you’re living through right now is gonna be one of the most powerful parts of your testimony.

  10. 𝑬𝑽𝑬𝑹𝒀𝑻𝑯𝑰𝑵𝑮 happens for a reason, and everything will lead you to who and where you’re supposed to be. Gods plan is the ultimate and all-knowing plan.

  11. No matter how many times you’ve been knocked down, 𝒂𝒍𝒘𝒂𝒚𝒔 𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒆 𝒖𝒑 𝒐𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆. Stand up, refocus yourself, take your experiences with you, and continue to press on. 𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒊𝒔 𝒂 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒇𝒖𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒅 𝒐𝒇 𝒚𝒐𝒖.
