Weight-Loss Transformation

I just noticed I’ve never actually shared anything about my weight transformation, except for a few pictures here and there.

The picture on the left was from January & I was at 184 lbs which is the most I have ever weighed. The picture on the right was from last month when I dropped to 155 lbs. Throughout high school, it was so common for me to lose a bunch of weight in sports and then gain it back during off seasons, or in college I would gain all the weight back in the winter. It wasn’t until the beginning of this year when I decided that I wasn’t happy with how I looked and I wouldn’t let it happen again. I started going back to the gym and went EVERY SINGLE DAY for a month straight. I then got into a more consistent routine the next month by just going 5 or 6 days a week. Weight loss is a long process, but it’s a good process. This year I’ve been able to persevere and conquer through so many different things I never thought I could. My mindset has changed to where I actually love and appreciate taking care of my body and giving it the right foods and nutrients it needs. Of course I still love eating chocolate and fatty foods sometimes, but balance is key! And overall, with the mentality, health, spirituality and physical ability I have today, I can honestly say I love myself and I love pushing myself to new limits. I’m proud and excited to be beginning this new chapter in my life - and I’ll have a new transformation after I graduate from bootcamp!
